Show Up As Your Whole, Unique Self

An individualized therapy approach from a nursing perspective, focusing on integrating your physical and mental health to help you achieve your mindset goals.

Services

  • This is a one-on-one counseling experience where we work together over time to achieve your goals. We’ll start by assessing where you are now and developing a personalized plan to help you get to where you want to be. Along the way, we’ll explore various therapeutic approaches, each explained to you in clear, simple terms so you understand the strategies we’re using every step of the way.

  • An excellent option for those new to therapy or for those who have participated in therapy before. This time-limited, single-session approach focuses on exploring a specific issue or challenge that has been weighing on you. It’s a great way to dip your toes into therapy or as a “tune-up” for those already familiar with the process. Together, we’ll assess the issue at hand and identify actionable strategies that can be applied both immediately and over time, depending on your goals.
